Fees are determined on a case-by-case basis, depending on the complexity and scope of your matter. In some cases, a retainer may be required. If you are only looking for representation on specific matters, I offer hourly unbundled services and limited scope representation. During our initial call, we can discuss what approach best suits your needs.

I offer a free 15-minute telephone call to briefly discuss your situation and determine if we’re a good fit. If you'd like to move forward, we’ll schedule a full consultation. This one-hour consultation is $175 (non-refundable), and prepayment is required to secure your appointment.  If you retain my services within thirty (30) days of the consultation, the consultation fee will be applied toward your initial payment.
